BERLIN (AP) — Freiburg came from behind to beat Werder Bremen 2-1 in the Bundesliga on Sunday, boosting its chances of Champions League qualification. Quick-fire goals from Roland Sallai and Lucas Höler canceled Maximilian Philipp’s opener for Bremen and lifted Freiburg one point behind fourth-place Union Berlin, which was playing Bochum at home later.Höler headed the ball on for Sallai to score Freiburg’s 1,000th Bundesliga goal in the 67th minute, four minutes before Sallai returned the favor for Höler to head the 1,001st.The Bundesliga’s top four teams qualify for Europe’s premier competition. JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) -- One person suffered serious injuries in a residential fire in unincorporated Jefferson County Sunday morning.South Metro Fire Rescue said the fire was in the 7000 block of South Marshall Street.As of 10:38 a.m., the fire was under control.Firefighters reported that a garage was fully engulfed in flames. Two people were evaluated for burn injuries. 2 hurt after shooting in Green Valley Ranch neighborhood One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and another was taken with minor injuries.Investigators were looking into the cause of the fire.West Metro Fire Rescue and Jefferson County Sheriff's Office assisted.

Two Medford men missing since late March have been found stabbed to death in a Brighton storage unit and a suspect has been arrested, the Middlesex DA reported Sunday.Following nearly a week-long search since the pair were reported missing on April 9, police executed a search warrant Saturday morning on a storage unit at North Beacon Street in Brighton rented under one of the victim’s names, Middlesex Police and the DA’s office confirmed.There they found bodies identified as Kiryl Schukin, 37, and Pavel Vekshin, 28, inside rubber storage bins, Middlesex Police and the DA’s office confirmed.Both appeared to be stabbed to death, and one partially dismembered, officials said. SANDWICH ACADEMY GRANT TOWNSHIP, Maine (AP) — Canadian Pacific is leading cleanup and track repairs following a freight train derailment and fire in Maine, officials Sunday.Three rail workers were treated and released from a hospital after three locomotive engines and six train cars carrying lumber and electrical wiring went off the track Saturday in Somerset County, officials said.Canadian Pacific is leading cleanup, salvage and repair, working with state agencies and local fire and rescue, said Jim Britt from the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry. Workers were removing derailed locomotives and rail cars, cleaning up crash debris and repairing the rail line.
